For Sec 1s: PE attire
For Sec 2s, 3s and 4s: PT Kit (NCD HQ shirt with trackpants)
Things to bring:
- Smart 4 top (without badges or folded sleeves)
- Water bottle
- Personal medication/inhalers (if any)
For those absent from previous training (29/01/16), please bring along a
parents letter/MC explaining the reasons for your absence.
