EVERYONE will be involved in this week's training. 

Duration: 3.30pm - 5.30pm

Those with 8 subjects can report at 4.20pm 

Reporting venue: Outside CCA room

Attire: 

Sec 1: PE shirt with trackpants

Sec 2, 3 & 4: NCDCC round neck with trackpants

Things to bring:

• water bottle
• personal medication
• Sec 1s are to bring along writing materials
